Responsibility :
Develop short-term and long-term channel strategies for all categories in the assigned channel
Drive short term & Long term, Revenue Growth management with growing category through Picture of Success in each assigned channel effectively
Develop present & future Picture of Success by Channel by category or New Product with understanding of consumer and market trend
Develop annual ideation, planning & budgeting, production and implementation of alin-storere activities, including point of sales materials and promotions of specific channel to leverage with long term strategies
Manages the point of sales material (including budget, logistics, distribution, assortment…) : and Communication message by finding the most efficient solutions
Recommend Profit/Sales story and Influence sales leaders to turn the “profit stories” into sales tools to effectively present the brands, the products and the marketing initiatives to their customers
Engage and leverage with marketing intelligence resource to read and report results of activities and to provide recommendations and actions in assigned channel
Manage & Develop plan and supporting to KA customize marketing in the execution of the activities and in achieving their sales and budget objectives, while ensuring the desired product/package benefits and brand values/equity are properly communicated
Ensures that the store feedback is taken into account by regularly visiting sales teams, customers and stores.
Work to adapt the Key Categories and Brands Strategies to each specific account by each channel. Lead the planning, preparation, presentation and implementation of the plans in each account/segment, working in full collaboration with Sales Leaders
Monitor, track, follow up and take actions to correct the performance of Sales Volume, Revenue and Distribution of each Categories, its brands, flavors and key packages against Budget / BP in all channels/regions.
Control and Monitor P&L versus Target and recommend investment plan in own channel, and segments, objectives and priorities of each segment following the Category Plan.
Manage the performance of KBIs and KPIs of each channel, segment, region and total. Focus on Volume Generation, Revenue Creation, Demand Fulfillment, and Profitability.
Influence the Sales Leaders to achieve the targets of the KBIs and KPIs and set up a routine to review results and actions with them.
Evaluate and Analyze promotion plan against KPI with recommendation on key success factors with recommendation and improvement plan for future action
Reflect market change with quick response and provide defensive plan if needed
Qualification :
Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Marketing, BA, or Relevant.
Over 7 years of working experience in Trade Marketing. Additional Experience in Sales and Key Account is desirable.( prefer FMCG companies.)
Leadership and Management skills
Commercial skills and knowledge in fields such as Category, Sales, Shopper Marketing, Commercial Finance
Skills problem-solving, analysis and presentation.
Planning and Organization.
Managerial skills to handle with multiple processes, areas and action plans.
Good communication skills both in Thai and English
Analytical skills are required
Able to travel periodically to Upcountry and to visit customers.
Able to work in flexible schedule to check initiatives progress
