Responsibility :
Establish Centerline target & limits for the equipment owned by the team
Ensuring all Centerline audits are completed at the proper frequency
Develop control strategies to enable operators to respond to out of control situations
Training team members on documentation needed regarding Centerline
Investigating, validating & updating new Centerline standards to eliminate losses
Executing weekly Health Checks, identifying gaps in system, and implementing appropriate countermeasures
Analyzes line data to identify and prioritize loss elimination opportunities including the creation of current state and future state loss trees utilizing tools
Coaches teams to build capability in problem solving skills and formal tools, including but not limited to 6W2H, Fishbone Diagram, 5-Why, and RCA
Qualification :
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science
At least 3 years in manufacturing
Good English communication and Computer literacy
Strong problem-solving skills
